THE BIG DIPPER is a fondue restaurant that I dreamed up from scratch, from the fondue menu that slides open like a telescope, to the drink menu that opens like a star map. Patrons of the restaurant would order with the "Fondue Finder" by lining up appetizer/entree/dessert selections. If they go by the chef's recommendations, the Fondue Finder reveals a real constellation.
